Too good to be true.... had my items in stock. Way too long a wait for a pick up order. I could have gone in and out myself faster than the time it took for goods to come to the car. Ordered online for pickup at 1145am for 3pm timeslot on a Saturday. Got a text at 245pm that order pickup delayed to 340pm. No problem cuz we were planning to get there after 5pm. Checked in 25 mins before arriving that I was on my way. Shared my location to make pick up fasterper the app. Parked way out in spot 27 at 545pm. Clerk came at 603pm (18min in pickup spot). He was very nice but kinda slow ..... hechecked his handheld to see if my order was ready .... which of course it was.... Got stuff at 620p . Ridiculous.. Poor car next to us... order not even ready

If I could give it 0 stars I would, where to start I walk into walmart, before the second set of doors the garbage can is overflowing with trash on the ground,didn't have the rite TV, go to cash out looking down isles 3 people working registers but all them close at the same time okay, go to self checkout with my t.v an said I can't scan it I need to go the the regular line THEY JUST CLOSED!!!!!!, I scand it an she says oh you can just put the serial # in!!!!!! Hell no this is the most ridiculous store I've ever been too...I left it an left I went to miejer an didn't have any problems an got it for cheaper...I will not return to this store as long as I am alive, maybe people should atleast try to work, can even empty the damn garbage cans out pathetic.

Me and my fiancé went in today looking for a tv and Ms Alicia was VERY MUCH HELPFUL in helping us pick the right tv for the best price and even offered us insurance on the tv upon purchase ( which we gladly accepted) thank you Walmart and thank you Ms Alicia for your great service

3/27/26F purchase four tires from this Walmart service went great but when I left and got on the e-way like an hour later the sensor was only showing one tire reader so I called the OnStar to make sure the sensors was working and they stated that everything was working they gave me the pressure of all tires Sunday I took the vehicle back to Walmart to see if it could recalibrate the tires to reset the sensor. It was a rude light skinned guy with dreads pass the paperwork to dark African american guy with glasses checked vehicle in at 3:05pm walk up to the counter at 5:05pm and it was a young guy up there light skinned it with dreads with an attitude and he mumbled something when I brought the paperwork up. So Kari defuse the situation got the vehicle checked ✔️ the sensor by inflation all 4 tires. 35psi left unsatisfied because the is still on ( I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN )

Waited about 45 minutes for no reason there is only 1 guy that was working and trying his best as you can see in the pictures. 1 was next to him on his phone and the other was hiding behind the desk/counter on her phone talking about she ready to leave. I also seen other employees but as soon as you look like your going to ask for help they cut through a different aisle and basically runaway. The first time was waiting get something out one of the cabinets and again also waited about 30 minutes no one seem to have the key to get in. DO NOT GO to this Walmart if you need customer service. You been warned ⚠️!
